Our brand has an engaging history that goes all the way back to the year 2007 when a small shop comprised of 10 beauticians was opened in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. It was named Top Ladies Saloon and soon became a hot spot in the city among ladies of all ages. Thanks to the owner’s dedication and hard work, the clientele continued to grow attracting ladies from other emirates as well. In order to satisfy the increasing demands and popularity, Top Ladies Saloon eventually moved to a bigger villa located just across the street in 2012. It also expanded its services by adding a spa section and thus creating the name Top Ladies Saloon & Spa.
Through teamwork and customer orientation, the number and satisfaction of clients continued to grow. As a result, the owner and her daughter decided to open a second branch that would not only serve as a beauty salon but it would combine all the aspects of a wellness center including a spa, gym, Jacuzzi, pool, and café. For this reason, the name Top Spa & Beauty Centre was given to acknowledge all the elements. It opened in June 2014 in Shakhbout City; just a 10-minute drive from its sister branch. The intension was to create a full-serviced compound where ladies of all ages can spend their entire day being pampered.
Today, both branches are fully operational under a unified name of Top Ladies Beauty Centre and consist of approximately 100 employees. The beauty services are divided into several sections that include: hair, manicure & pedicure, threading & bleaching, waxing & sugar, henna designs, Moroccan bath, facial treatments, and massage. Thanks to the implemented values, training, and rules & regulations, we are able to ensure operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction that we hope to carry on in the years to come.
